Ingrediants
Medium apple, peeled and quartered
Medium pear, peeled and quartered
2 Kiwi, peeled and quartered
Package of frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
Package of frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
Package of frozen peachs, slightly thawed
Directions
I use a Tupperware Quick Chef for this recipe. I am sure you can use a blender as well, but I have never tried it since I perfer my Quick Chef over a blender.
In the Quick Chef/Blender: chop the fresh fruit well.
Add the slightly thawed frozen fruit. Mix together well until the consistency of salsa.
No need to add sugar or sweetener unless you just want more sweetness.
There are many ways you can serve this salsa. Here are a few suggestions:
Vanilla wafers
Graham Crackers
Over sponge cake
With ice cream - My husband's favorite
Makes 12 servings
