Cheddar Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 tsp. paprika
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
In a small bowl combine milk, butter, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cheese mix well. Spread in Rock ‘N Serve Large Deep or other deep microwaveable container, cover and vent. Cook on high for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly. Delicious for a brunch or as a side dish with dinner.
