Ingredients
1 medium pumpkin
2 lbs. hamburger (cooked & drained)
diced onions & celery to taste
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut a lid for the pumpkin. Paint on a face with a magic marker. Remove the seeds and pulp.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, onions, celery, mushrooms and soup in large bowl. Add rice. Then add cooked hamburger removing the grease first.
Spoon the mixture into the pumpkin. Place in a medium baking pan or cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour until the pumpkin is tender. Scoop out to serve.
