Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

2 – 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
1 – 10 ¾ oz can condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
4oz light processed cheese, cubed (Velveeta Light)
1 cup uncooked instant rice
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup fat free milk
2 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes.

Points value – 3 WW points per ½ cup
